Our traditional fillings are white or chocolate buttercream

Our premium fillings include lemon, raspberry, strawberry, Bavarian cream, chocolate fudge, caramel, German chocolate, cherry, apricot and cream cheese

Petit-Fours
Small cake pieces enrobed with chocolate or pearl coating and decorated to match your wedding

Rolled Fondant
With the elegant look of silk, this icing adds a special touch to the cake. Combined with delicate decorations, this icing will add an extra elegance to your cake

Cheesecake
We offer our own fresh baked New York Style cheesecake. This luscious dessert can be cut and served with your favorite topping or we can layer, ice and decorate to look like a traditional wedding cake
